At Fire In The Belly it's our pleasure to provide for you a dining experience that is truly memorable and it starts with our food. All too often, pizza is considered as junk food... well not at Fire In The Belly. Each day our pizza bases are made fresh in our kitchen using only the very best of ingredients. Stoneground organic flours from 'Kialla' Mills on the beautiful Darling Downs, pure extra virgin olive oil, filtered water, then rolled, kneaded and stretched to make the perfect thin crust pizza base.

Our vegetables are sourced locally on a daily basis, chopped, sliced & diced... fresh as you can get. Only local butchers meat for Fire In The Belly... that's the way that we like it... supporting our local community.

These are the secrets in the making of our fabulous pizza. Then they are cooked to perfection, spun by hand in our wood-fired oven for a taste that is truely unique.
