I would like to introduce you to the wonderful staff of Fire In The Belly. Each week (or so) there will be a piece by one of the staff members... just so you can know them a little better. We'll start off with 'Micheals Blog'.

...Born and raised in Sydney's west, I moved up to Lismore to explore the natural wonders and creatively alternate Northern Rivers. I am currently studying composition with Nick Peterson, as I am working towards a career in film composing. I had been working in hospitality for 3 years previous to my move and endevoured to continue my experience in the field. In turn this experience aided me in acquiring a position at Fire In The Belly. I have now been at the restaurant for over a year, enjoying my job thoroughly and earning enough funds for my partner and I to travel through Europe at the end of July.
