Getting to know our staff - No 2

Yes it's been a while since our last "Staff Blog" but finally I have been able to obtain some info from our apprentice chef Lindsay.......

I moved to NSW 18 months ago from my hometown Toowoomba Qld for a change of scenery and to start work at Fire In The Belly. I worked at 'The Belly' for 6 months as a cook before I decided to start an apprenticeship to become a chef. I'm currently a second year apprentice studying Commercial Cookery at Wollongbar Tafe. My main focus is baking and pastry making and I will complete a Certificate in Patisserie next year on my way to becoming a pastry chef.
